Hi Karen,
We have used four of the recipes. We have tried Buttered Chicken twice, Lamb Korma once and Lamb Rogan Josh once. They were all excellent. We both love Indian food but we don’t take the time to make it at home because of the complexity of the recipes. This makes it simple! We will definitely do it again and again.

Our neighbors who have tried the Buttered Chicken and the Lamb Rogan Josh loved them both. They are in HA for the month but offered to write something when they return.
